Terms of use

Viral Scout helps you study trending short-video formats and create your own original videos with AI tools that you connect with your own API keys. By using it you agree to these terms.

What you can do

• Recreate the format or idea of a video (its structure, genre, beats). You may not copy, download for reuse, or upload another creator's footage, audio, characters or logos into generation.
• Use real faces only of people who gave consent through our live camera flow (you, or someone you invited). Never use the face, name or voice of a celebrity, public figure, minor, or anyone who has not consented.
• Do not create sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive or political content, impersonate anyone, or make content that infringes copyrights or trademarks.

Your keys and costs

Video and image generation runs on your own Higgsfield account. You are responsible for charges there. Our estimates are shown in good faith but the provider's bill is final. Spending caps you set are enforced on our side before requests are sent.

Posting

You publish content yourself and are responsible for it. You must label AI-generated content and disclose brand promotion as each platform requires (for example TikTok's AI-generated label and "Your brand" disclosure), and use music you are licensed to use.

Your content

You own what you create, subject to the rights of others and the terms of the AI providers you use. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.

Takedowns

Anyone can report misuse at /report. We may remove content, faces or accounts that break these terms, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Trend data, scores and estimates are guidance, not guarantees of performance. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero).

Changes

We may update these terms; if the change is material we will ask you to accept it again in the app.
